Licensed Therapist & Founder of Soul Tending Psychotherapy, LLC
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.
Hi, I’m Alex! I’m a licensed psychotherapist offering depth-oriented, heart-centered therapy in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. My work is rooted in soul and relationship — encouraging a process-oriented approach to exploring the many aspects of ourselves through intentional dialogue and experiential practices.
I view my role as a therapist as a caring and steady guide — helping navigate present challenges or past wounds that still feel alive. Together, we’ll explore your inner and outer experiences, uncover personal ways to ease tension and difficult emotions, and engage with the deeper layers of your inner world. Rather than simply seeing symptoms or struggles as problems to eliminate — therapy invites a compassionate relationship with the parts of you that are asking to be tended to.
I aim to cultivate a space that feels both safe, intentional, and sacred — supporting you in building insight, self-understanding, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself and your life.
i support those who…
Are feeling disconnected, lost, or stuck — longing to live with greater authenticity, self-trust, and purpose
Deep thinkers who value self-understanding — seeking clarity that’s felt and lived, not just understood
Want meaningful change, not quick fixes — looking for sustainable, intentional growth in a safe and nonjudgmental space
Are drawn to depth and meaning — curious about patterns, symbolism, and what lies beneath the surface of their experiences
Value reflection and spiritual exploration — interested in creative, esoteric, spiritual, or philosophical frameworks that support self awareness & intentional healing.
