This is a contractor role (1099). You run your own practice, manage your schedule and clients, and take responsibility for taxes & liability insurance, while having access to practical systems and a supportive community.

Access to billing support for both private pay and insurance based clients.
*Please note that Soul Tending Psychotherapy only has the ability to submit claims for clients residing in MA and/or RI. -
Therapists receive competitive, transparent compensation via a percentage-based fee split, with payments managed efficiently through our administrative system.

Therapists can be featured on the Soul Tending Psychotherapy website, giving their practice visibility and a platform to share their approach, specialties, and professional style, while establishing their presence within a like-minded community.

You have the option to engage with other practitioners for consultation, collaboration, or client referrals, supporting professional growth and connection within a community of aligned therapists and healers.

how affiliation works
Affiliation is accessed through a low monthly fee, giving you access to the Soul Tending community and a listing on our website to share your professional presence, approach, and specialties. You remain and operate fully independent in your practice — choosing how and with whom you work. Affiliation also provides opportunities for collaboration & referrals with licensed therapists and other affiliated integrative professionals.
