Workshops offer an expanded space for reflection, exploration, and shared inquiry. Through guided practices and thoughtful dialogue, participants explore meaningful themes and inner questions in a community setting.
Workshops are not limited to Rhode Island and Massachusetts. They are offered globally. Workshops are not covered by insurance and are offered periodically in a virtual space.
therapy intensives
Intensives offer an uninterrupted container for deep and unhurried healing. Through modalities like IFS, individuals attend to the parts of themselves that need more time and space than a standard session allows, moving toward integration at their own pace.
Therapy intensives are only available to folks in RI and MA. They are not covered by insurance and are offered periodically in a virtual space.
