If after you speak with your therapist during the call you want to move forward - you can schedule your first session right then and there!
We believe that a strong therapeutic fit matters.

Logisitics & Details
We offer virtual individual therapy to adults and young adults living in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, & Vermont. Our team of licensed therapists accept BCBS insurance and our private pay rate ranges from $120-$150.
