therapy

Therapy at Soul Tending Psychotherapy emphasizes self-understanding and meaningful change.

Our therapists take a relational, insight-oriented approach to therapy that honors both conversation and lived experience. Together, we engage in reflective dialogue that brings awareness to patterns, meanings, and the unconscious, while also incorporating experiential practices that support mindful presence, integration, and growth over time.

To us, psychotherapy is a form of caring for the soul - tending not only to symptoms or circumstances, but to the deeper inner life where meaning, values, identity, and long-held patterns take shape.

By listening carefully to inner parts, emotions, and patterns (both as they show up now and as they’ve been shaped over time) therapy supports clients in developing greater clarity, self-trust, and the capacity to live from a more authentic and aligned place.
