an integrative & depth-oriented approach

If you're living in Massachusetts and looking for therapy that goes deeper than symptom management — you're in the right place.

At Soul Tending Psychotherapy, we offer telehealth therapy for adults across Massachusetts, from Boston to Cape Cod to the Berkshires and everywhere in between. Our approach is relational, integrative, holistic, somatic, and depth-oriented. Our therapists view themselves as humble guides, helping you as you navigate challenges and move toward meaningful transformation & healing.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, processing old wounds, or simply sensing that something needs to shift, we'll meet you exactly where you are.

We work with adults in Massachusetts navigating…

what we help with

  • Anxiety & inner tension — overthinking, perfectionism, a nervous system that won't settle

  • Childhood, complex & relational trauma — early wounds, attachment patterns, and what they've left behind

  • Relationship & attachment challenges — repeating patterns, people pleasing, difficulty with closeness or trust

  • Emotional depth & sensitivity — feeling too much, carrying more than most, the weight of a rich inner world

  • Self-esteem, confidence & authenticity — the inner critic, shrinking, finding your way back to yourself

  • Spiritual exploration & meaning making — depth work, shadow work, and the search for a life that feels genuinely yours

how we work

Our therapists draw from somatic, trauma-informed, and integrative approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), ACT, depth and Jungian-informed therapy, mindfulness-based practices, Hakomi methodology, transpersonal psychology, and attachment and relational frameworks.

We treat symptoms as messengers, not problems to eliminate. The work is experiential, relational, and paced to what feels right for you.
